房地产经营中的人和事--游泳池故障修理
几个月前，一老墨房客告诉我们，他家游泳池清洁机器人不工作了，他找了一老墨工人检查，说是功力不够，要换游泳池马达(泵)，报价1千多。考虑那个马达已经用很长时间了，并且有噪音，就叫一个用了多年的水管工去换了它，价钱只是房客找的工人报价的一半。两个月以后，房客又打电话说，机器人又不工作了，房客认为换的马达功力还不够，应该换个功力更大的。为了搞清原因，我们约了2个专做pool service的工人来检查。
第一个是个老墨，号称做泳池服务20多年，他跟房客交谈后，也没做检查，就死咬定是马达的事。我们告诉他，马达2个多月前刚换过，Home Depot买的，是2个HP，功力应该够。他随后说，Home Depot或其它地方马达都不行，只有他们有license的去他们的专门店才能买到质量好的马达，要美国名牌，不能买杂牌子的。一会又说，过滤器(filter)也有点问题。我心想你都没有检查，怎么知道过滤器有问题？看他夸夸其谈，又不断用西班牙文在鼓动房客一定要换马达，我们也懒得问他报价了，付他检查费，要他立马走人。
第二个工人是华人，他来后，倒是做了检查，说机器人能动一点点，用他自己的清洁机器人试了也是一样，管道没什么问题，过滤器也刚清理过，看来还是马达的事，我说，马达刚换过，他几乎用前面那老墨工人一样的话回复我，还告诉房客如不是他们从pool supply专门店买马达是违法的，一听就知道他在乱说，真这样的话，home depot及网上的游泳池马达生意早就应该没有了。这个华人检查倒是没收费，但换马达机器加人工要2千多。
找的这2个工人都不靠谱，我们又跟房客几个月前找的老墨工人联系，要他过来帮我们换个功力好的马达。他到现场又查看了一下，告诉我们，造成清污机器人吸力不够，不能正常工作的4个可能出问题地方，机器人及过滤器是好的，新换马达(泵)出问题的可能也小，最可能是管道堵了或者裂开了。要查是那段管子出毛病不容易，简单办法就是重新从马达skimmer旁接段pvc管子到游泳池。我们觉得他分析的有道理，接受了他的建议，工人说接那段管子只收$150。当时工人就去Home Depot买材料，和他的帮手前后干了两个小时才完成(见图)，当场测试，机器人又正常工作了。看到工人前前后后忙碌那么久，我们多付了他$70，算是对这位诚实工人的感谢。这真是柳暗花明又一村，本准备花两千多元换马达，结果只花了十分之一价钱接管子。

I have a wide foot and they fit well. I use it for working out, yard work and errands. I would not run in this shoe but on a stair master or bike no problem.

I wear size 8 shoe -orderd size 8 -normal width .I m 5'7" -130 lbs . They fit perfect . Little snug at first as are all new shoes . Hope this helps with concerning ordering a size larger issue .

It took TWO WEEKS TO GET TO ME. They advertise 2-4 day delivery BUT IT’LL TAKE WEEKS. It doesn’t matter if you order 10 pcs or less like they advertise. Do NOT Expect 2-4 day delivery.
